PIL in SC demands action on 1993 Vohra Committee Report

Advocate Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court seeking concrete action on the Vohra Committee Report submitted in 1993, thereby opening a can of worms. The NN Vohra committee was set up after the 1993 Mumbai blasts in a bid to take stock of the nexus developed over the years between mafia organizations and politicians as well as government functionaries.
