Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi has said the first phase of the National Population Registerwill be carried out in the state between May 15 and May 28. JDU leader Shyam Rajak opposed the announcement and said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was the right and competent person to make such announcements.
