The Delhi Police have so far registered 22 FIRs in the Republic Day rioting cases. 9 ‘farmer leaders’ have been named so far in the FIRs for the Republic Day violence, including Yogendra Yadav. Farmer leaders Darshan Pal, Rajinder Singh, Balbir Singh Rajewal, Buta Singh Burjgil & Joginder Singh Ugraha have been named in FIRs. FIR also mentions the name of BKU spokesperson Rakesh Tikait. Charges under several sections of IPC have been filed against Tikait, including section 307, section 147 & 353.
