A little less than 200 days after filing an FIR to investigate the conspiracy behind the riots that rocked northeast Delhi in February this year, Delhi Police’s special cell on filed a 17,000-page charge sheet against 15 people, all anti-CAA protesters, in a city court. This was the culmination of the first phase of the probe.
