PM Narendra Modi has praised the budget presented by the FM Nirmala Sitharaman and called it a budget that shows India’s confidence and instils self-confidence. Earlier, FM Nirmala Sitharaman in her Union Budget 2021-22 speech in the parliament announced FDI limit in insurance to be increased to 74% from now existing 49%. Govt has allowed foreign ownership in insurance with safeguards.
