The Delhi Commission for Women has given notice to the Cyber cell in relation to Disha Ravi’s arrest. Disha Ravi had been arrested by the Delhi police and many allegations were raised by her council saying that the arrest was not as per the law book. Swati Maliwal, Chief of DCW has issued a notice to Aneesh Roy, DCP Cyber Crime, and has raised certain questions on Disha Ravi’s arrest.
